Can we use one whatsapp number across zoho applications?
Please be noted that Key points/ Limitations of enabling whatsapp to be integrated across different products -
- With this approach, customers will be able to create more than one Zoho service using the same number.
- Incoming messages to the number will be received on all Zoho service and individual sessions will be created in each Channel.
- Replies to those messages can be sent from any of the zoho Service. But a message sent from one Channel will not be shown on other zoho service.
- If any one of the account deleted, the phone number will be disconnected as a result both incoming and outgoing messages will not be received in the other active service as well
